About the Event

Coffee is more than a daily ritual—it’s a full sensory experience! But how to describe a cup of coffee? Where to start? How to train?… Well my friends, we are now offering a full day training masterclass!

This course is designed for anyone, from curious coffee lovers to industry professionals or future coffee judges, who wants to sharpen their palate and learn how to describe coffee with confidence. Yes it is mainly around describing your cup of coffee but you can apply it to wine, spirits and food.

Together, we’ll explore the fundamentals of sensory evaluation: aroma, flavor, acidity, sweetness, body, and aftertaste. By the end, you’ll have the skills and vocabulary to recognize what’s in your cup, communicate it clearly, and deepen your appreciation for coffee as both a craft… and a pleasure. The course is little about theory all about practice: simple exercises that you can reproduce easily at home.

Keep an eye on our social pages and website for more workshops like this around the country! All ticket sales will go towards education, workshops and supporting the community.

Launching prices: $290 for non ASCA members / $240 for ASCA members, make sure your membership is up to date!
