About the Event
Join us at our upcoming AGM + Monthly Meeting on Wednesday 8th October from 7am - 8:30am.
PLUS: We’re delighted to welcome Sandra O’Neill, Business Wellness Coach with the Business Wellness Coaching Team at the Rural & Small Business Financial Counselling Service – Southern Queensland. Sandra will share insights into the unique challenges small business owners face, including the crossover between business and personal stress, and how this can impact mental health. She’ll highlight the signs of anxiety and depression to watch for, provide practical tools to help prevent burnout, and introduce the Business Wellness Program—a free service funded by the Queensland Government to support business owners across Southern Queensland.

- Verbal and physical abuse, bullying or violence is not tolerated in anyway at anytime and will result in immediate removal from any event as determined by the event organiser.
