NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Date: Wednesday 15th October 2025
Location: University of Southern Queensland, Springfield Campus, B Block, Springfield Central
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce (GSCC) will be held at the University of Southern Queensland, Springfield Campus, B Block, Springfield Central
The order of business will be:
· Confirmation of previous minutes
· Presentation of Presidents report
· Presentation of the Associations Financial Statement and distribution of the Associations Audit Report for year ending 30, June 2025.
· Election of Verifier for the next financial year.
· Election of Management committee:
o President
o Committee Member
Please note that only the above 2 positions are open for election the other 3 positions will be going into their second year of a 2-year term.
Please note that this event is strictly for fully paid members only, for those financial members that cannot attend but wish to lodge their vote, please download the proxy form below.

- Refunds will be determined by the event organiser; if rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, with refunds available within a specified period.
- Verbal and physical abuse, bullying or violence is not tolerated in anyway at anytime and will result in immediate removal from any event as determined by the event organiser.
