About the Event
The biggest event of the year in the South Australian plumbing industry, the President’s Lunch is back for another year! Our President's Lunch is a highly-anticipated event attended by the industry’s best, including members, apprentices and industry representatives.
We are excited to welcome The Hon. Peter Malinauskas to attend and speak at this year 2025 Presidents Lunch.
This year’s President’s Lunch will be held in the William Magarey Room, at Adelaide Oval on Friday 17th October 2025, from 12.00pm.
Master of Ceremonies
Jessica Adamson
Jessica Adamson is an award-winning journalist and former presenter of 7NEWS weekend for the Seven Network. She’s a passionate ambassador for the Royal Flying Doctor Service and CanTeen, the Australian organisation for young people living with cancer. Jessica is also a Board Member of the Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation and Adelaide Crows Foundation.
Guest Speaker
Mick Colliss
Mick Colliss is widely regarded as Australia’s best after dinner speaker and entertainer. To watch him draw an audience in with his incredible true, tall tales is to watch a master storyteller.
Mick always dreamed of representing Australia and did so. The fact it was in a field he knew nothing about is the stuff of legend. Mick Colliss' tale of mateship, creative thinking and Sudoku will leave you breathless with laughter.
- Mick Colliss is an author, writer, sports commentator, MC, guest speaker and modern day poet.
- He formed the first Australian Sudoku Team with three of his best mates and journeyed to the International Sudoku Championships in India.
- There are discussions about making a film of his story, with the concept being compared to films like The Castle.
