About the Event
As the year comes to a close, join us for SHBC’s Annual General Meeting followed by a festive evening of connection and celebration.
We’ll begin with a brief AGM to reflect on the highlights of the past year, recognise the contributions of our members, and share what’s ahead for 2026. Then it’s time to relax and enjoy an end-of-year gathering with great company, good food and an uplifting atmosphere.
Whether you’ve been with us all year or are new to the Chamber, this is a perfect opportunity to reconnect, celebrate shared achievements and wrap up the year on a high.
Join us for a short Annual General Meeting, festive networking, celebratory drinks and light refreshments, entertainment and more with the SHBC community.

Event Cancellations
NOTE: Please respect our venue and fellow businesses.
Our Event Cancellations Policy.
· Cancellations must be advised via email by at least 4 business days prior to the event/workshop. The Chamber is required to confirm numbers of guests by this deadline, to the venues and a number of other suppliers who assist us in running events/workshops.
· A refund will not be considered for no-shows or cancellations within this period.
· A substitution may be made prior to the event/workshop should the registered individual not be available to attend but must be submitted by email and approved by the Chamber prior to the event/workshop date.

Please note, in completing this order, you (and those you might be buying on behalf of) have read and understood the following:
- Ticket prices are listed on the platform and require immediate online payment.
- Event details are provided on the ticket and may be adjusted by the event organisers as needed.
- Event organisers determine the operation of events including those who attend and can deny attendance as they deem fit.
- Event organisers may have organised photography and/or videography during the event. If you wish not to be included, please directly contact the event organisers to discuss.
- Personal data collected is used for event management only. Event organisers may determine to share name and business name of event attendees amongst one another. If you wish to be excluded from this, please directly contact the event organisers to discuss.
- Event organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, and attendees participate at their own risk.
- Follow any and all instructions provided by event staff and/or event organisers at all times.
- Refunds will be determined by the event organiser; if rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, with refunds available within a specified period.
- Verbal and physical abuse, bullying or violence is not tolerated in anyway at anytime and will result in immediate removal from any event as determined by the event organiser.
