With so many platforms and trends competing for attention, it’s easy to spend your days posting without knowing what’s working or why. This Business After Five session brings our business community together to explore how social media can be used more effectively - with purpose, strategy and clarity.
This is a chance to connect with other professionals, swap insights, and collaborate around the realities of managing social media in business. Whether you’re doing it yourself or guiding a team, you’ll hear what others are trying, what’s working, and how to avoid the common traps that waste time and energy.

Event Cancellations
NOTE: Please respect our venue and fellow businesses.
Our Event Cancellations Policy.
· Cancellations must be advised via email by at least 4 business days prior to the event/workshop. The Chamber is required to confirm numbers of guests by this deadline, to the venues and a number of other suppliers who assist us in running events/workshops.
· A refund will not be considered for no-shows or cancellations within this period.
· A substitution may be made prior to the event/workshop should the registered individual not be available to attend but must be submitted by email and approved by the Chamber prior to the event/workshop date.

Please note, in completing this order, you (and those you might be buying on behalf of) have read and understood the following:
- Ticket prices are listed on the platform and require immediate online payment.
- Event details are provided on the ticket and may be adjusted by the event organisers as needed.
- Event organisers determine the operation of events including those who attend and can deny attendance as they deem fit.
- Event organisers may have organised photography and/or videography during the event. If you wish not to be included, please directly contact the event organisers to discuss.
- Personal data collected is used for event management only. Event organisers may determine to share name and business name of event attendees amongst one another. If you wish to be excluded from this, please directly contact the event organisers to discuss.
- Event organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, and attendees participate at their own risk.
- Follow any and all instructions provided by event staff and/or event organisers at all times.
- Refunds will be determined by the event organiser; if rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, with refunds available within a specified period.
- Verbal and physical abuse, bullying or violence is not tolerated in anyway at anytime and will result in immediate removal from any event as determined by the event organiser.
