About the Event
This hands on 5 hour Easter inspired workshop with qualified baker and BITA Trainer Chris Hurford will excite you and can take your Hot Cross Buns to the next level. You will explore a variety of flavours ranging from traditional, fruitless, double choc chip, coffee, mocha, and rainbow. The class will also include producing Challah loaves and Hot Cross Buns. Attendees will be involved in all aspects of mixing, shaping, proving and piping.
Minimum 6 participants, Maximum 12 participants. NOTE: Under 6 participants the class will be cancelled and money refunded. Free recipe book, light refreshments and samples will be provided.
