Written handouts will be provided for you to take home.
Neil is from Silver Fox Initiative which is a non-profit organisation, and his motto is "Mental Health starts with a chat". Sharon is an experienced Relationship Coach and helps people learn new ways of dealing with anxiety, stress and trauma. This event will allow you to experience their combined information and suggestions so you can live a happier life.
